Just the one huh? One had been enough. Killing had never been his forte; he found another reason to. His friends could rest in peace, knowing that their killer had suffered for what he did. Hilo didn't need to do more. For now, he got into the occasional fight. With a rusty pipe or a two by four. It was when he assaulted a cop that he got caught for all the others. Twenty six counts. It was a lot, especially one so skinny and frail. However the judge seemed to see right through him and gave him this choice. Hilo looked up at Taru as she offered to share her story. "Id love to hear it."

"I'd love to hear it." For some reason, the way he said it made her giggle like a school girl again. She stayed kneeling just a few feet in front of him as she allowed her mind to drift back to that night, her eyes lighting up more with the memory. "They probably didn't deserve to die...." She absently played with her switchblade, twisting it over and over and over in her hands. "This is a story of a very..disturbed...little girl. She was born with a burning hatred for other human beings. Just the sight of the pathetic creatures was almost enough to make her physically sick. Her parents did everything they could to hide the scary drawings that she drew, as well as pretending that they were all one happy family when they had company. They bought her whatever weapons she wanted, which was probably one of their first mistakes." Here she paused, a somewhat fond smile coming to her lips as she looked lovingly down at her switchblade. This one had been her first, and remained her favorite. "She tinkered with her blades until they were perfect. So sharp that they could easily cut through ice without having to hack at it..."

Hilo rose a brow listening to the Asian girls story. He had to hold back a smirk as she used the same format he had, starting off with a story and a girl. "They didn't deserve it?" he repeated, "If they hadn't, then why did you do it? They had to have done something." Though he wasn't to judge really; his killing had been overkill. Necessary, he thought but total overkill. Hilo sank to the ground, leaning against the gravestone he had been leaning against. His eyes going to her blade when she fiddled with it. "Must make things much easier that way."

She didn't answer him; she was already lost in her memories. The switchblade felt warm in her hand, just like it always did when she wanted to use it. "The little girl hated her parents most of all.... " She tilted her head to the other side, making a soft hmm sound. "They were never around....Her father was always finding some excuse to not come home at night. Her mother would leave her alone in their huge house for days while she went on some trip or other....The only time they had any contact with her was when they were screaming at her for something." She sighed, shaking her head. "When its put that way, they kind of did deserve it..." She giggled again, her mood instantly shifting from almost sad straight to giddy. "I did it on Christmas Eve... They were getting ready to go to a party. Leaving me alone on Christmas just like they did every year. You shouldn't leave your already semi-psychotic daughter all alone on an important holiday..."

"They didn't see it coming.." She could still hear the arguments, see the terror on her mother's face. "My mother was yelling at me for feeling neglected. She said that I was too old to be angry that they would leave me alone. She hit me...twice." The feral smile was back. She looked back up at him, almost surprised to see that he had moved to the ground. "It was the first time that I had been hit. I guess my bi-polar side didn't like it too much...." Her grip shifted on her knife, her thumb pressing the trigger so the blade slid out. She ran the thumb of her other hand over the sharp edge. "I hadn't planned on killing him too....But he interfered..." She gasped as the blade sliced her thumb; the sting of it brought her out of her thoughts and back into the present. She looked down at the bead of bright red blood sliding down to her palm, a slight frown on her brow.

She stopped suddenly, Hilo looking up to see that the blade she had been playing with had sliced her thumb. Blood slowly came from the wound; the way Hotaru looked at it, it was like she had never been cut before. Hilo crawled forward, gently grabbing her hand, sliding the injured appendage between his lips. The blood tasted of nothing, her skin however was delicious. He looked up at her grinning and letting go once the wound had stopped bleeding. "Be more careful love," he said, smiling, "I wouldn't want u to hurt yourself again. "You're right. They did deserve it. Leaving their daughter all alone, unloved. With no one to talk to. What kind of life is that? One that breeds Violents?" His grey eyes held her honey ones as he spoke, head leaning forward until he lightly caught her lips with his.

Hotaru's frown slid into a glare as the stinging cut started to throb. Physical pain was unfamiliar to her; she didn't how to react. The blood held her attention though. It was....pretty....And it smelled like copper...She was about to bring her hand to her lips to lick it, just to see how it tasted, when she saw hands suddenly grab her own. She gasped at the sudden contact, her eyes flying up to his. "What are you--" Then her thumb was in his mouth. Her eyes widened a little, the long-forgotten blush from earlier returning to her cheeks. The sting in her wound faded quickly, replaced by a furious fluttering in her abdomen area. Love? Did he just call her love? She didn't have time to think of a suitable way for her to react. His lips were already on hers, catching her gasp. Oh God...Not again... Her first instinct was to shove him away; her arms wouldn't move. She tried to tighten her grip on her knife, to lift her hand and stab him, but the weapon slid from her fingers to the ground. What the hell was wrong with her? Why was she letting him do this to her again? The thoughts became foggy, losing their anger and meaning as she slowly leaned forward into the kiss, her honey brown eyes slowly closing.

Hilo kissed her, eyes closed. Red eyelashes barely brushing his cheeks and eyebrows furrowed lightly. What was it about her that made her so special to him? She was just like him in a way. She had no one to talk to, no one to comfort the fear in her heart. She had never liked people. He had come to hate them. But it didn't matter. He liked her. He liked Taru. She knew his pain. She'd lived it. Hilo's hands pulled her close, increasing the roughness of their kiss. He needed her to fill that void, just like he thought she needed him. A minute Later he pulled away a bit for air opening his eyes. "Hotaru....." he breathed, looking at her. His hand lightly brushed her face and he smiled.

Hotaru made a small whimpering sound into the kiss; the sound conveyed her confusion and fear. He was making her feel things she'd never experience before. Why was he the only one who seemed to be able to do that? Her hands gripped his shirt like they had the first time he'd kissed her, but tighter. She felt the fabric stretch slightly under her fingers and tightened them, pulling him closer to her as he pulled her. When he pulled away, Taru was panting lightly. She kept her eyes closed, her lips slightly parted. "Hotaru....." The way he said her name sent a shiver through her. She turned her face into his hand, kissing him palm lightly before opening her eyes.

Her fingers were tight on his shirt, constricting yet welcome to him. He didn't really like to be grabbed but if anyone was going to grab him, he'd prefer Hotaru. She was so beautiful in the moonlight, so peaceful this way. Hilo wanted her beside him, not to leave. His fingers smoothed down her face and neck, "Come back to my room." His eyes closed, hugging her form to him. "Please," he unexpectedly added. It surprised even him but he wanted her to come back with him.

Go back to his room? She shook her head, though not as quickly as she would have liked. Her hands slid around his waist until her arms were wrapped around him, pulling him even closer until her small form was pressed against his. "No..."What exactly was she saying no to? No to going to his room? No to giving into him like she was so quickly doing? No to even trying to think about pushing him away? She wasn't sure, but she knew one thing: It was getting harder and harder not to rip his clothes off right here in the cemetery. She shivered again, imagining what he would look like completely naked. But...Why should she have to imagine it when she could see it right in front of her...?

Hilo felt her arms encircle him, pull him closer to her. Her breasts pushed up against his chest, torsos creating a curve where they separated. Her squeeze on him got him excited. "No," came from Hotaru's lips and he cocked his head, confused. He thought they were having a moment.... That they had finally started to understand one another. "I don't mean for sex. I mean if you didn't want to, I wasn't going to force you or anything....." he mumbled, a bit disappointed. He pulled back a bit, running a hand through his red mane, "You meant that for the room right?"

A smile came to her lips. A genuine smile, not the one she wore while telling her story. Was that disappointment she saw? "Of course for the room." Her eyes followed the movement of his hand through his hair. She couldn't hold it back any more; she lifted one of her hands, still behind his back, and touched this hair, her fingers threading through the red strands. The action brought her breasts closer against his chest, causing her to bite her lower lip at the feeling. It was like being pressed against a solid brick wall...It excited her. Her switchblade forgotten on the ground for the moment, she gripped his hair and pulled his head down to hers, pressing her parted lips against his. To hell with resisting...She didn't want to try any more.

The change was sudden in Hotaru; before she had had nothing to do with him. But now.... Her fingers were threaded through his ginger hair, breasts pushed up even more against his chest. The feeling of something soft against him like that..... God it was exciting. Hilo's lips pressed against hersas she brought his head down. His hands cupped her cheeks, tongue dancing with hers as their kiss became more passionate. "But it's cold out here," he lightly argued.
